We kindly ask all guests to review and respect the following house rules: 3RD PARTY VERIFICATION & INSURANCE: We use Truvi for guest verification and damage protection. Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking — failure to complete it will result in cancellation of your reservation. No exceptions. SMOKING: For the comfort of all guests, smoking, vaping, and e-cigarette use are not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations. PARTIES & EVENTS: This property is not suitable for parties or events. NOISE: Due to the proximity of other guests and neighbors, noise must be kept at a respectful level at all times. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise—including loud TVs, music, or voices—that disturbs others is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a disturbance fee of up to $250, additional charges as needed, and/or termination of the stay without refund. PARKING: Parking is limited to two vehicles and is designated directly in front of the apartment. Vehicles must be parked in this area only and may not block or obstruct the circular driveway at any time. PETS: For guests traveling with pets, a vacuum with a pet attachment is provided. Guests are responsible for removing excess pet hair from floors and furniture prior to checkout, as the standard pet fee covers routine cleaning only. Additional cleaning fees may be charged, based on the cleaners’ assessment, if excessive pet hair is left behind.

The apartment has its own entrance with a smart lock, so there's no need to worry about keys. If you’re renting the main house as well, a connecting hallway with double locked doors provides privacy and sound insulation between the spaces.
