Serenity Manor 3BR – Spacious Historic Home

We kindly ask all guests to review and respect the following house rules: 3RD PARTY VERIFICATION & INSURANCE: We use Truvi for guest verification and damage protection. Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking — failure to complete it will result in cancellation of your reservation. No exceptions. AGE REQUIREMENT: The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must be staying at the property for the entire reservation. Age is confirmed during the Truvi verification process, and reservations that do not meet this requirement will be canceled. SMOKING: For the comfort of all guests, smoking, vaping, and e-cigarette use are not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations. PARTIES & EVENTS: This property is not suitable for parties or events. NOISE: Due to the proximity of other guests and neighbors, noise must be kept at a respectful level at all times. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise—including loud TVs, music, or voices—that disturbs others is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a disturbance fee of up to $250, additional charges as needed, and/or termination of the stay without refund. PARKING: Please do not obstruct the circular driveway. There is ample parking available for vehicles next to the left of the house or in the driveway without blocking the circle. PETS: For guests traveling with pets, a vacuum with a pet attachment is provided. Guests are responsible for removing excess pet hair from floors and furniture prior to checkout, as the standard pet fee covers routine cleaning only. Additional cleaning fees may be charged, based on the cleaners’ assessment, if excessive pet hair is left behind.

You’ll have full access to the main house, with private entry through the front door, which features a smart lock with a keypad—no need to worry about losing a key. The house also has side and rear entrances that can be opened from the inside. There’s an attached apartment available for separate rental. The doors connecting the two units will remain locked for privacy and sound isolation. The only shared space is the driveway, so please avoid blocking the circular drive.
